Exciting Opportunity for A&P Mechanics as Flight Readiness Technician in Victorville, CA!

Job Title: Flight Readiness Technician
Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 months)
Location: Victorville, CA 92394
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift (flexibility required)
Overtime: Up to 20 hours/week, weekend shifts expected
Pay Rate: $33 - $50 per hour

Are you an experienced A&P Mechanic with a passion for aircraft? Were looking for skilled professionals to join our team and support modifications on 787 and 777 aircraft. This role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and service bulletin installations. Youll ensure that aircraft are flight-ready while maintaining high safety standards and compliance.

What You’ll Need:

A&P certification
5+ years of experience
In-depth knowledge of models (flight deck operations, system troubleshooting, software loading)
Dedication to a clean, FOD-free workspace

Pay Details: $33.00 to $50.00 per hour
