- You process seat reservations in case of aircraft changes and inform the customer of this;
- You process manual seat reservations for passengers with special assistance (children traveling alone, passengers with reduced mobility, etc.)
- You process requests for flights with TUI Fly regarding:
- Extraordinary Baggage
- Medical requests and oxygen
- Dangerous Goods (transport of batteries, weapons, etc.)
- Transport of manual and electrical equipment
- Request for adapted rooms or transfer for passengers with reduced mobility
- Quickly and correctly handle these changes and problems before departure
- If necessary, you look for a suitable alternative;
- You are responsible for handling files in order to quickly offer customers a suitable solution/answer and to guarantee high customer satisfaction;
- Informing and advising the departments involved;
Following a shift in the flight program, a number of flights are being changed and the previously
