Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the operations of our company. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Abrade/Surface prep components for bonding.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

• Ability to read and write English.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures.

• Previous experience in a laborer role preferred but not required.
• Able to follow simple work plans and visual aids.

Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions. The role may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, Texas.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
