Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for employee onboarding for Department 709, specifically in SOM19 Grind for Weld/Blend for Weld operations, including:
- Provide hands-on guidance with all employees, with focus on new hires (e.g., technique best practices & issues, work instruction questions, tools matters, clocking questions, etc.)
- Complete all routine quality feedbacks for SOM19 GFW/BFW teams
- Responsible for performing production work when not actively engaged in training activities

- Must have a strong safety awareness
- Must be willing to work off shifts or modified shifts to perform specific job responsibilities.
- Minimum 1 year experience in SOM19 GFW/BFW and meet all Step 6 expectations
- Minimum 1 year experience DV Finishing and hold a current DV Certification.
- Minimum 6-month experience in FPI operations and hold a FPI Level 1 or Level 2 Certification.
