Position Summary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

       Knowledge of basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

       Basic reading comprehension skills

       Must be able to:

o   Use hand tools (such as Allen wrenches and screw drivers)

o   Keep accurate and legible records

o   Stand for extended periods of time

o   Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

       *Will set up and operate both lathe and centerless grinders, and lathe cutters

      * Meet production standards for operation and set up

       *Make minor set-up adjustments

      * Adhere to quality specifications

       *Read and understand precision gages (micrometer and snap gage)

       *Develop SPC charts

       *5S

       *Adhere to TSD Parker policies and safety requirements

       *Participate on High Performance Team(s)

       *May be required to cross train onto other equipment at a future date.

      * Other duties, as assigned
