Within FHS Customer Order Desk based in Malaysia, you main responsibilities will be:

  • Daily operations:

    • process customer demand

    • identify solution to nil stock situation

    • launch actions to other actors (transport, repair management, warehouse, engineering) to support part delivery to customer

  • Procedures:

    • maintain up to date procedures following latest adaptations and requirements

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Support IT Tools deployment

    • Deploy automation initiatives where possible

    • Pro actively propose processes / ways of working adaptations to increase efficiency
