Job Description:

Within FHS Customer Order Desk based in Malaysia, you main responsibilities will be:

Daily operations:
- process customer demand
- identify solution to nil stock situation
- launch actions to other actors (transport, repair management, warehouse, engineering) to support part delivery to customer

Procedures:
- maintain up to date procedures following latest adaptations and requirements

Continuous Improvement:
- Support IT Tools deployment
- Deploy automation initiatives where possible
- Pro actively propose processes / ways of working adaptations to increase efficiency

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
