Join our global TUI Musement Human Resources Team in Limassol, Cyprus as an HR Advisor, you will act as the face to employees for HR. You will be their privileged contact point to support them when they start working with TUI, explaining how the contracts work and providing key information about all HR matters.

ABOUT THE JOB 

• Implement and consolidate TUI Group and TUI Musement HR processes and policies in Cyprus and Malta. 

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Cyprus payroll process.  

• Support the delivery of the area´s HR Agenda. 

• Support Global People Services Regional team with tasks specific to Greece and Malta. 

• Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts. 

• Foster a customer focused organizational culture with an appetite for innovation & results.  

• Oversee the complete coordination and organization of the employee registration process. 

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide advice on legal and labour law matters. 

• Perform general administrative tasks throughout the entire employment lifecycle. 

• Participate in Global People Services projects as required.  

ABOUT YOU

• You are a dynamic HR professional with demonstrable experience of min 1-2 years in an international environment.  

• You can work timely, efficient and precisely.  

• You are an individual with excellent communication, verbal and written skills in Greek and English (additional languages will be an advantage). 

• You understand managing a population employed on different international legal entities.  

• You are open to learn, grow and drive your career while spreading smiles across the globe. 

• You appreciate to work in an international environment, and you are a team player with a supportive attitude. 

• You have a relevant University Degree or equivalent.  

• Cypriot Citizenship is a must.
