Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and manage HR functions for approximately 150 team members. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, driving HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals. This role requires a proactive approach to talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
- Talent Management: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent. Work with managers to identify training needs and career development opportunities.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process by guiding managers in setting goals, conducting evaluations, and facilitating feedback discussions.
- Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote fairness and equity.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by effectively communicating changes, addressing concerns, and facilitating training programs.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values and respects differences.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 + years of HR generalist experience required
- Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Spanish speaking preferred
