Position Summary

 With direct supervision, assists more senior HR professionals to coordinate administer HR programs across the span of HR areas.

Responsibilities

• Posts positions to internal and external job search outlets
• Accepts and conducts initial review of resumes
• Schedules and conducts interviews
• Assists other HR team members in preparation for performance management and talent management cycle
• Address routine questions by managers and team members
• Assists in the coordination of local training 
• Coordination of corporate sponsored training
• Lead & support engagement activities

Qualifications

Education: University Degree (preferred in Human Resources)

Minimum Experience: 0 to 2+ years

Highly preferred:  Minimum HR degree or 1+years experience
