Job Description:

Tasks

The HR Specialist Mexico is responsible for:

  • Provide administrative HR services that are up to date and compliant with local legislation and HR guidelines
  • Support filling of vacancies by providing administrative support and information on local specifics
  • Manage all formalities e.g. issuing of contracts, registration with relevant authorities, signing up for social, health and other relevant insurances and plans, advice with working permits, incorporation of information into central HR IT Systems, etc.
  • Process salaries, individual salary changes and bonus payments; pass on all relevant information to internal or external payroll providers and if applicable produce salary letters in the usual local frequency (e.g. monthly, bi-weekly)

 

* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

Requirements

Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements below:

  • Bachelor or equivalent required preferably in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences or Business Administration desirable
  • 1-3 years of work experience in HR
  • 3-6 years of work experience in personnel management and successful further education in Personnel specific topics
  • Advanced command of English, both written and spoken 
  • MS Office and SAP as user
  • Excellent detail oriented
  • Excellent quality consciousness
  • Excellent customer orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Mexico
