Essential Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to the HR Manager with specific focus on HR, data analysis and maintenance, reporting, posting jobs, on-boarding, new hire orientation, off boarding and more
- Conduct the implementation and analysis of the key metrics (headcount, hiring, attrition, people development) that guide HR actions
- Interface with multiple business functions
- Support HR administration tasks, manage contract and organizational changes
- Work with HR Analytics and HR Operations team to have updated employee data with regular quality checks
- Ensure data quality while maintaining and protecting confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
- Works on projects about Talent Management, Learning and Development Program, Communication, Benefits etc
- Develop PowerPoint presentations, charts, excel reports and other types of correspondence and communication materials
Qualifications/Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Psychology, Political Science or other relevant field from an accredited University
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian
- “Can do” attitude, curiosity and teamwork oriented
- Attitude with data analysis
- Data driven, with strong analytic and problem-solving skills and ability to organize and analyze data
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Enthusiasm, drive & determination
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
- EU work permit
