Currently we are looking for a new colleague who will relace one of our team member during her maternity leave. In the HR Project coordinator role you will be responsible for long-term but also ad-hoc projects implementation and coordination across Czech republic or CEE region.
Your responsibilities
• Coordination of Training & Development activities accross CEE region• CSR activities in CZE and CEE region• Coordination of Student engagement activities • Internal guidelines maintenance• Internal HR communication• Support with managing personnel agenda in HR systems • HR data reports preparation• Coordination and implementation of ad-hoc projects within Czech republic or CEE region.• Reviews processes to obtain standardization and simplification
Who we are looking for
High school degree • Previous work experience from HR area or similar position at least 3 years• Fluent Czech language and Communicative English - you have to be able to communicate with colleagues both in Czech and English• Basic Awareness of Czech labour law • Organisational skills• PC skills – MS Office, Outlook, Excel - no need of advanced functions knowledge but you will be creating reports and presentations on regular basis• Independent nature able to bring new ideas
Ideally, you will also have
- Driving licence (B group) - from time to time you will visit other CZE locations or universities
