Raytheon’s Field Engineering is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to act as the first line of defense toward resolving Cloud interface issues as they appear. The Help Desk Technician will respond to customer support requests and enter issues into the ticketing system. The Help Desk Technician will be also responsible for the following:

What You Will Do
- Detect, analyze, and resolve AFW Enterprise Cloud transmission systems problems.
- Resolve cloud support tickets and provide return to service support to end users.
- Checkout, repair, and maintain customer legacy equipment and software.
- Perform diagnostic testing to troubleshoot failures.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a High School Diploma and/or Associates degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience. Experience in lieu of education option.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software.
- Ability to obtain Government-directed certifications.
- Microsoft Windows Server administration experience.
- Must be able to move and/or lift weights such as test equipment, ladders, tools, and cable reels weighing up to 49 pounds using proper lifting techniques or material moving equipment. This is for testing events.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Ability to work with little or no supervision, especially on overnight shifts.
- Amazon Web Servers Cloud services foundations and terminology.
- Customer facing experience.

The salary range for this role is 36,000 USD - 72,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
