What You Will Be Doing:
As the HRBP focal point at our Clarksburg location, you’ll serve as the single point of contact for all HR needs, including employee relations, engagement, new hire onboarding, and responding to compensation and benefits inquiries. Your expertise will help guide leaders in administering staffing and compensation plans while ensuring compliance with payroll data and employee information changes.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree
• Previous HR Business Partner/Generalist experience and/or experience in multiple HR disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective virtual support to a dispersed workforce
• Experience interacting with both employees and all levels of leadership
• Proven ability/experience conducting investigations to include information and data gathering, analyzing information, and validating conclusions
• Experience using all Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated proficiency in coaching and influencing skills
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience working in military or other government contracting industries – aerospace or defense preferred
• Knowledge and or experience working under Service Contract Act (SCA)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a challenging business related environment
• Demonstrated ability to build effective cross functional and cross site relationships
• PHR or SPHR certification
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
