Job Description:
Tasks
- Working together with Product Manager responsible for a respective system
- Troubleshooting problems related to Success Factors (SAP) platform system and related applications
- Strong focus on data quality issues – investigating source of the problem
- Analyzing requests and data in the Success Factors application as well as investigating data in the source and interfaced systems in order to get to the root cause of the problem
- Coordinating implementation of the solution in Success Factors and advising the issue reporter on the solution outside of the application
- Coordination of data correction at the source
- Following up on the data corrections in the source system
- Cooperating with different IT departments in order to find the root cause of the problem and provide solutions
- Manual upload of employee data
- Investigating Org Chart’ issues
- Investigating employee data not correctly interfaced to SF
- Responsible for PMGM IT documentation (manuals, instructions, training materials)
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Master/Bachelor degree
- Previous corporate experience
- Strong analytical skills
- High level understanding of technical aspects
- Knowledge of SAP HCM systems
- Knowledge of HR data entry processes
- Ability to investigate on complex issues (e.g. data inconsistency)
- Ability to easily communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical prospects (verbal and written format)
- Excellent knowledge of English (both oral and written)
- Knowledge of excel especially building reports
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
- Strong time management and organizational skills
