Job Summary:
As an intern with Crane Electronics, you will have the opportunity to put your education to use by taking on a real-world project. In this role you will focus on providing functional assistance supporting Crane Electronics business Oracle users and system application.
This position will work with a variety of Oracle applications and will have the opportunity to learn about the business in which the systems support.
This position provides the opportunity to work individually or as part of a team in the design, development, and implementation of business systems, which support all areas of the business.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with the development team to facilitate the project implementation and processing change requests throughout the full project life cycle
- Work with analysts to document and define requirements
- Design and develop modules
- Test system against defined requirements
- Conduct training with internal customers, documenting processes
- Assist with go-live and production support
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursing bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Sound troubleshooting skills
- Focus on customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Awareness of PC hardware components, desktop OS software, and application software
