Description:You will be an Identity and Signature Management (ISM) Project Officer for our team, which is responsible for developing and implementing ISM plans, annexes, and supporting documents in support of customer requirements. Our team is looking for a talented individual with expertise in ISM to join our ranks.
What You Will Be Doing
What You Will Be Doing As an ISM Project Officer, you will be responsible for interpreting policy and developing plans and annexes in support of official requirements, as well as serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ISM development of individual and organizational mechanisms.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Interpret policy and develop plans and annexes in support of official requirements
• Provide guidance and expertise on ISM development of individual and organizational mechanisms
• Prepare, develop, and implement ISM plans, annexes, and supporting documents in support of customer requirements
• Prepare, develop, and execute ISM requirements based on plans, annexes, and supporting actions for the customers ISM program
• Oversee and manage ongoing and emerging official projects, review project status, and prepare reports
• Assess project issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop solutions to meet ISM requirements in a responsive manner
• Work with government counterparts in preparation, coordination, and staffing operational and administrative correspondence in support of ISM initiatives
• Create and maintain effective databases and/or spreadsheets for tracking actions
• Coordinate, participate in, and/or lead team meetings or working groups

Basic Qualifications:
Must have excellent and verbal communications.
Must have final Top Secret clearance investigated within last five years and able to access Sensitive Compartmented Information.
Desired Skills:
Identity and Signature Management, Technician Course; preferred but not required.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
