We are looking for a Local Immigration Expert France (m/f) for our Immigration Centre of Expertise (CoE) within the Global Mobility Compliance team based in Toulouse (Blagnac site), France.
Our Immigration CoE main challenge is to accompany the business and the employees on their legal obligations associated with immigration requirements around Business Travel / Short-Term assignments and external recruitments.

Your challenges:
Business Travel / Short-Term Assignments
Manage interface with External Immigration Consultants currently in charge of immigration administration of moves from the UK and other non-EU countries to France in order to ensure the initial and continuing right to work of employees going on “short international move” therefore ensuring Airbus compliance with EU and national laws.
Collect & provide all the necessary data needed by the provider to manage the administrative visa requests & posted worker notifications (if any) according to country combination and activity performed from the business / HRBPs (job description, salary info, home and host entity details etc…).
Manage A1 certificate requests &43; Health Insurance certificates if applicable.
Collect on a regular basis the company information and any other official documents (such as KBIS etc…) and share them with the provider.
Ensure a global tracking of employees concerned by such process, visas / residence permits / posted workers notifications expiry dates etc…
Provide a one-stop shop for Airbus internal purposes (HR Managers, HRBPs, Line Managers, Recruitment Business Partners, Customer Services, Reward Operations, Global Mobility and Security):
advice, guidance, support to applications and coordination
organisation of awareness sessions on immigration rules
consolidation of knowledge with transnational HR (GM, SPIR international)
contribution to the collaborative network of local Immigration Experts
legal monitoring
External recruitments of non-EU nationals
Other responsibilities
When applicable, analyse reporting delivered by external providers in charge of tracking travels for 90 days within 180 days limit for UK nationals travelling to the EU & make recommendations to the business / liaise with immigration providers to seek for possible solutions to ensure continuity of right to work.
Your boarding pass:
You will have the following skills and experience:
Experience in French immigration mandatory.
Knowledge of Posted Workers Directive required.
Demonstrated experience in negotiation and managing operational tasks to a high standard.
Fluent in English
And the following skills are a &34;plus&34;:
Academic Background in labour law and/or experience in a law firm would be a plus
Knowledge and use experience of Workday
Relevant experience in working with external bodies/organisations would also be a plus.
