UnspecifiedThe Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) operating system assesses an organization’s maturity against a standard framework that tells us “what good looks like.” It then pinpoints the most critical areas to improve and provides a suite of improvement methods and a corps of employees trained to implement continuous improvement initiatives.The CORE operating system unifies business units and functions across the company with a common language and methodology. Although CORE is deployed across the enterprise, it isn’t be a one-size-fits-all approach. CORE will be configured to meet the unique needs of each organization, ensuring we focus on the priorities that will maximize business and customer results.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize exceptional analytical skills and leverage CORE tools to support leadership team for decision making.
- Develop program management expertise by supporting and sustaining CORE operating system maturity.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and presentation skills to liaise with various departments and different level.
Project Involvement:
- Support the sustainment of the SNG CORE operating system maturity framework.
- Conduct pre-work and Data analysis for Major Actions under CORE council to achieve 2025 year-end target.
- Assist in GOPS SNG CORE Certification Tracking (Apprentice, Champion, Professional) & SNG CORE Engagement Tracking/Registration/Closure Process.
- Contribute to monthly cell heatmap analysis and cell control tower performance update for improvement opportunity identification from monthly trend.
- Follow up on weekly site level macro plan follow up with stakeholder to support all 6 focus areas in meeting or exceeding 2025 target.
