- Support in the servicing of VIP and government aircraft from the preparation of quotations to day-to-day problem solving
- Active participation in projects to redesign and optimize processes as well as technical and organizational systems
- Application of project management methods for planning and controlling projects
- Creation of presentations and reports to illustrate the project status
- Supporting the development and implementation of strategies for the long-term orientation of the specialist department
- Tracking measures with a view to optimizing costs, quality, service and time
- Support in the conception, preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops

Requirements
The internship is planned from May 2025 for a duration of 6 months. The internship is remunerated.
- Studying in at least the 3rd semester (or gap year) in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, business administration, business psychology or similar.
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (gap year)
- Initial experience in the areas of project management, process management and strategy desired
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- High degree of initiative, hands-on mentality and willingness to learn
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual mindset
- Structured and professional way of working
