Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities
You will support improvement projects within Airframe Competence Center and beyond to improve processes and their performance .
You will also be closely involved in supporting business transformations, new ways of working, cultures and mind-sets, in order to maximize performance, collaboration and people wellbeing at work.
You will support our common objectives of communication and digitalisation inside our 1AC Organization
Desired skills and qualifications
Enrolled full-time student in the area of Business Administration, Project Management, Finance or Engineering or an equivalent field of study.
Basic understanding of the aircraft, product and development process is welcome but not mandatory
Communication skills are key, creating trustful relationship quickly with remote work context
Ethics & Compliance adherence is a must, with a clear understanding of rules around data confidentiality, AIRBUS Procurement process, GDPR as examples
Fluency in English is a must! We work in an international environment, and as such you shall be able to communicate easily in English. German is a plus.
