Job Description:

Description:- Conduct thorough investigations and audits to ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and policies.
- Prevent, identify, and address trade compliance violations and safeguard the organization from legal risks. - Write clear and concise reports detailing investigations and/or audit findings and recommendations.
- Use data analysis, interviews, and document review to gather evidence and produce investigative reports.
- Work closely with LM Corporate, internal teams, external regulatory bodies, and legal counsel to ensure compliance and address any potential violations promptly.
-Perform periodic audits of trade activities to assess compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to mitigate any compliance gaps.
- Maintain and manage records of audits, investigations, and corrective actions taken.

- Hybrid work environment that combines both in-office and remote work.
-Must be available to work in-office if needed to support work projects and attend meetings.

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent 5-8 years experience/combined education.

-Prior work experience involving investigations and/or audits
Desired Skills:
-Experience in the analysis and application of trade regulations, including U.S. export controls, sanctions, customs regulations, and international trade agreements.
- Ability to analyze complex data and regulatory information to assess compliance risks and investigate potential violations
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams and external regulators.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with customs documentation and/or regulatory audits.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
