Job Description: We need a janitor to clean and maintain our climate-controlled warehouse near Centennial Airport. Our company supports the U.S. Military with classified aircraft modifications. This role includes maintaining airplane hangars and corporate offices.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings clean and orderly.
• Perform heavy cleaning tasks like floor cleaning, rug shampooing, and washing walls and glass.
• Use chemical cleaners and power equipment safely.

Essential Skills:

• Janitorial experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Stable job history.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with floor buffers.
