Summary

Maintain building equipment and infrastructure essential for the operation of the company and its employees.u202F Provides technical direction/assistance of the daily functions of the facility when Manager is not available.u202F Assists in coordinating and managing of contractors (plumbing, electrician, Air Conditioning, etc.).

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesu202F

• coordinate, schedule and complete Work Order requests by customers

• Perform preventive maintenance or repair on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and other essentialu202F building systems

• Perform preventive maintenance on other equipment including forklifts, passenger lifts, lighting, hydraulic equipment, fountains, and pumps.

• Installation of floor to ceiling modular wall systems

• Storage and transporting of Hazardous Materials

• Trouble Shooting Skills

• Operate Fork/Boom Lifts

• Interpret HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical schematic drawings

• Install and de-install modular systems furniture

• Coordinate and supervise Contract help (ie u2013janitorial services, plumbing, electrical work, air conditioning, etc.)

Qualifications and Education Requirementsu202F

• Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Must possess a Journeymanu2019s level of knowledge in Electrical Distribution and HVAC systems

• Must have 5 u2013 7 yearsu2019 work experience in the following areas:

• Preventive maintenance: Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical repairs, Painting ,Machine servicing ,Vehicle servicing

• Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

• Must be computer literate and have basic working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

• Must have the ability to work with and understand computerized HVAC and Fire Alarm control systems

• Must be capable of installing floor to ceiling modular wall systems

• Must have the ability to perform preventive maintenance on company vehicles

• Must possess Excellent problem solving ability

• Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff within CAE

• Must possess a valid State of Florida Driveru2019s License.

• Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions

• An Electricians, plumbing, general contractors or equivalent related certification is preferred.

• Must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance
