Job Description:
Management of the documentation
Review the new release of maintenance documentation (CMM, SB, SIL, FP…), to list all technical changes new means to purchase for the workshop, new repair process requiring training, new piece parts to purchase to perform modifications…
Update the documentation in workshop after the review, the procurements of means and inform the workshop
about updates and new repair processes, perform briefing as necessary.
Collect documentation discrepancies in maintenance documentation and inform Tech Pub department. Follow
up as necessary until completion of appropriate corrective action.
Management of the tools
Qualification: Identify, validate, approve, and release for service all new specific means necessary to repair equipment (tool, test bench, consumable…) according to the requirements of maintenance documentation.
Perform test with Golden Unit, first calibration, correlation with technical specifications.
Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of specific tool and test benches. Manage the
calibration of all calibrated tools with external vendors.
Manage the calibration program of all our instruments and benches.
Manage the training for technicians in coordination with the OEM for new test benches, specific tools and/or specific repair processes.
Justify and approve tooling equivalence as necessary.
Support the industrialization developments for new repair capabilities in repair stations
Support the local industrialization developments, through the review of the maintenance documentation, record and approval of the new specific means to set up in the workshop.
Development of specific tools & test benches, continuous improvement (ergonomics, new specific Tools…),
processes harmonization
Prepare and release mechanical, electrical and pneumatic drawings to design new specific tools in accordance with the OEM specifications to improve ergonomics and/or to reduce the time of some specific repair process.
Define and write new repair documents, in coordination with the OEM to improve the reliability of specific repair processes.
Implement all procedures written and approved at Group level concerning the management of tools, documentation review and repair instructions.
Job Requirements:
Candidate skills & requirements
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets technical documentation, specifications, datasheets, technical drawing and blueprints.
Ability to write technical specifications, technical descriptions and instructions.
Can operate with great autonomy and little day to day oversight.
Strong knowledge of Pack Office
Knowledge of Electronic, Electric or Mechanical design software.
