What are your contributions to the team?
Record the results and raise nonconformities as required by the department and the Quality Management System.
Issue measurement test equipment calibration reports and track corrective actions regarding measurement test equipment management.
Support the monthly reports and indicators of the measurement test team.
Generate and develop documentation and reports as required by collaborators, the team leader and/or the supervisor.
Analyze reports as a result of tests performed on the equipment and provide relevant interpretation of the results.
Participate and collaborate in quality improvement projects.
Execute linearity, stability and R&R (Repeatability & Reproducibility) studies to ensure the measurement system is accurate.
Manage and coordinate calibrations with the external supplier approved by the Quality Management System.
Propose corrective actions regarding the management of measurement test equipment and perform timely follow-up.
Support monthly MTE (Measurement and Testament Equipment) reports and indicators.
Support periodic audits to validate the conditions and control of MTE (Measurement and Testament Equipment).
Support in the resolution of interfunctional problems.
Track corrective actions regarding the quality system.
Promote continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in the support and manufacturing areas.
Perform, update and review calibration procedures applicable to the site.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience
- You support the deliverables of the Metrology Quality Assurance area through budget compliance, equipment care and calibration reports.
- You are capable of applying with minimal supervision the scopes defined by QMS (Quality Management System), SMS (Safety Management System), internal and Industry regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, QAD, etc.), as well as the area competency matrix.
- You support calibration planning for measurement tools and equipment.
- You create, validate and upload calibration reports to the official database.
- You contribute to compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System. • Perform magnitude calibration procedures to standardize calibrations.
