Responsibilities
Run press machines which produce rubber products. Pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30lbs. Conduct quality checks to confirm producing good quality products. Follow instructions sheet for performing stand work. Be able to complete production reporting paperwork which includes basic shop math. Be able to follow instruction sheets to inspect the rubber products produced. Be a member of the departments high performance team keeping track of quality, productivity, scrap, cost and safety. Participate in problem solving, cost saving, team improvement, and team engagement. Committed to exceeding all customer expectations through customer satisfaction, total employee involvement and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
High School Diploma is preferred or at least 3 years of work history.
