Journeyman Electrician $36.12/HRJob Description
As a Journeyman Electrician (Research Facility Electrician), you will fabricate, install, and operate various hydraulic, vacuum, and pneumatic systems. You will provide electrical installation and maintenance services in aeronautics, space power, and propulsion test facilities on site. Duties include working from detailed electrical schematics and prints, bending electrical conduit, pulling large and small gauge wiring, installing and modifying electrical panels, raceways, enclosures, motor-driven equipment, lighting systems, and other associated electrical hardware and devices. Future training may be required to obtain a qualified operator status within a test facility.
