Numerical Control Programmer – Drive Precision and Innovation
Join the PDS Tech Commercial team as a Numerical Control Programmer to support the design and manufacture of high-precision aerospace hardware. Youll develop CNC programs, operate machinery, and mentor team members while contributing to efficiency and innovation in a dynamic machine shop environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create CNC programs for multi-axis lathes, 5-axis, and 3-axis mills.
- Analyze blueprints to define machining operations and cutter selection.
- Operate CNC and manual machines for high-quality production.
- Train and mentor less experienced team members.
- Continuously improve processes and refine programs for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience (NX CAM preferred).
- Expertise in multi-axis lathes, 5-axis and 3-axis mills, and manual tools.
- Strong communication and mentorship skills.
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience and process optimization expertise.

Pay Details: $41.16 to $51.27 per hour
