Our Geneva office have an exciting and rare opportunity for an Office Assistant to join the team and assist with running the daily operation.

Job Description

As an Office Assistant you will be a key member of the Swiss team in our Geneva office and will be the go to person supporting the sales teams with their day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operation across the office.

Office Assistants duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the CEO with daily activities
  • Managing the office diary
  • Assisting the wider team with scheduling client meetings
  • Maintaining flight files and assisting with preparing flight briefs
  • Managing travel and accommodation needs and organising training for office as required
  • Overseeing Accounts Payable / Receivables
  • Assisting with office recruitment, working with the wider HR team to coordination new starter information and inductions
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Scheduling employee appraisals and keeping up-to-date employee records on file
  • Maintain a clean and organised office area at all times, processing and distributing daily post
  • Maintaining stationary for office
  • Any other ad hoc administration tasks
