Operations Control Center - Planning

Job Description:

Provide a 5-day updated & refined operating plan in coordination with commercial, Engineering, and other departments.

Ensure A/C movement plan embraces the latest planned & unplanned changes of flights status during the 5-day control period of OCC and prior distribution to the system.

Initiate necessary operational and commercial assessment to the operating plan and carry out all related changes in coordination with OCC Management to control cost & sustain schedule stability.

Update Fleet Watch during morning shifts & report any discrepancies and deviations to OCC Management whenever occurred.

Update seasonal RJ Schedules & incorporate same in OCC applicable systems.

Exercise full control on variable cost through consistent coordination with Revenue Management & Commercial departments.

Update Fleet Watch system in coordination with OCC Duty Manager whenever various changes occur.

Provide all operational & logistical support for all Ad-hoc flights to a non-regular station.

Advise reservation in Amman and Area Managers at out- stations in advance about revised ETA & ETD of delayed & specific flights.

Maintain station information and data updates to OCC systems and process.
