Roles and Responsibilities:
Role Summary:
Performs a series of steps in the manufacturing process of electro-mechanical system setup to run a specific program, in accordance with military specifications; ability to work on various complex jobs within home department and also training on basic jobs outside of home department.
Performs basic tasks such as electro-mechanical set up, utilizing cables, connectors, and test equipment, must be able to adjust and modify machine profiles as need to meet specification
Follows written specifications or operation sheet in the completion of the assigned tasks
Maintains records of test, quality and specification data
Exercises care to ensure that each step in the process is completed correctly and that the part or finished product meets the quality specifications
Utilizes written or visual instructions involving use of quantitative information from specifications, graphs, pictures, documentation, dials, gages, etc.

Performs other routine setups within fairly similar situations as required
Provides training and mentoring for other employees as required
Performs duties using a variety of small tools and related production equipment
Provides written and/or oral communications concerning a variety of situations
Keeps workstation, tools and equipment in a neat and orderly manner
Understands and complies with all Company, safety rules and regulations
Engages and participates in a self-directed teaming environment
Qualifications/Requirements
Skills required in handling basic hand tools and simple measuring devices
Basic computer skills
Skills requiring the basic ability to interpret specifications, drawings and perform in process inspections
Should possess dexterity skills, good hand and eye coordination

The hourly pay range for this position is $20 to $25/hr . The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, their education, and the work location. Final offers will be dependent on level and quality of work experience. This posting is expected to close on 5/59/2024.
