Maintenance Production is a part of SAS Operations which includes EASA Part 145 and EASA Part 147. Maintenance Production delivers aircraft according to SAS standards and in accordance with SAS priorities: Safety, Punctualitiy and Care.
As Production Support Manager you will be responsible for daily operational task to support the maintenance production team. You will report directly to the Production Manager and be a part of the local management team. This role will manage projects, provide support for the production and take on stand-in duties in vacation periods.
The role is interesting and full of variation. There are several opportunities for development using LEAN and close collaboration with stakeholders within SAS, including SAS OCC/MO-C. In order to succeed in this role it is important that you have the ability to work independently and are comfortable in taking and communicating decisions. You have a good analytical ability and apply a holistic perspective to your work. You can be creative and are inspired by driving change.
You will need to be structured in your work, have an ability to solve problems with a practical and pragmatic approach and of course been motivated in achieving your own personal goals and SAS business goals.
