Tasks
The key responsibilities and duties of the Production Control Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure on-time delivery of parts and adherence to turnaround times for LRUs
- Drive LEAN process improvements
- Oversee logistics to support smooth operations
- Ensure timely movement of components through production
- Identify and address part shortages 7–10 days in advance
- Maintain compliance with CAA, FAA, and regulatory standards
- Manage staffing levels to meet operational needs
- Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Continuously improve processes for efficiency
- Support industrial relations and company representation
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies
- Provide training as needed
Requirements
The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
Education and Qualifications
- GCSE or Equivalent
- Degree or Equivalent in a relevant subject (Desirable)
- Apprenticeship (Desirable)
Experience and Knowledge
- 2 years’ experience working in a similar position would be desirable
- Previous Airline Industry knowledge would be advantageous
- Good understanding of excel and word packages

- Ability to work under pressure

- Flexibility
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Must be self-motivated with a vision to continual improvement
Working Conditions
- Able to work shifts
- 5 hours a week
- 5s standard
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK unrestricted
- Mandatory Training will be required
