Description:This position requires a Current Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access.
Program Security Representative responsibilities include:
- Performs individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for DOD Programs.
- Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract implementation as set forth in the DoDM 5200.01 as well as DoD 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule).
- Classified document control, security education, briefings and debriefings, personnel security management, and other tasks as required.
- Conduct security investigations, security integrator for service providers, and visitor control.
- Maintain the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program.
- Candidate must be able to create presentations and training, write/develop/implement procedures, and provide excellent customer service.
Basic Qualifications:
- Final Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI
- Knowledge of industrial security
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Prior industrial security experience (Special Programs)
- Experience with DoDM 5200.01 as well as DoD 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule)
- Experience with Document Reviews for accuracy of spanings
- Knowledge and ability to prepare DD Form 254 highly desirable
- Knowledge of Risk Management principles and application of same
- Working knowledge of OPSEC, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
