We have TWO exciting opportunities for Quality PRISM Business Process Experts (BPEs). The Quality PRISM BPE reports directly to the Quality PRISM BPE Lead and works closely with the PRISM BPE team as the Quality process subject matter expert (SME) on the team. The successful candidate will provide support and expertise across programs and factories through training and knowledge on the use of PRISM processes and apply quality engineering skills to develop and deploy effective methods for verifying and accepting processes and products. The Quality PRISM BPE will be a PRISM/SAP quality engineering SME on various small to large PRISM quality related projects and new project functionality. This exciting role has exposure to quality, operations, supply chain, information technology and engineering professionals at all levels.

What You Will Do
- Serve as a key member of the Quality PRISM BPE team, ensuring successful performance by ensuring conforming products and services through effective collaboration, compliance to processes and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure alignment and data system requirements are met
- Provide PRISM process guidance to Q&MA staff and leadership
- Answer day to day SAP inquiries from the business related to quality processes of PRISM/SAP
- Participate in Q&MA initiatives with key business stakeholders by gathering and documenting key business definitions, measures, and standards
- Perform analysis of data sources and processes to ensure data integrity, completeness and accuracy
- Identify and facilitate implementation of improvement opportunities
- This is a first shift position
Qualification You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Four (4) years relevant experience in Quality/Manufacturing/Supply Chain environment
- Experience in using/supporting SAP (PRISM)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Six (6) years relevant experience in Quality/Manufacturing/Supply Chain environment
- Program and/or factory experience using PRISM
- Basic Project Management knowledge
- Experience in supporting design and manufacturing processes
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and simple manner for nontechnical, technical, and leadership personnel within the Business and across the Enterprise
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions and implement robust process controls
- Experience in development/usage of Quality metrics and the identification/institution of perceptive verifications
- Experience with improvement methodologies and tools such as lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Working knowledge of a proven closed-loop corrective action system.
- Knowledge and experience using SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience as a change agent, able to energize and influence across all levels.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
