We have TWO exciting opportunities for Quality S4HANA SAP/PRISM Business Process Experts (BPEs). The Quality S4HANA BPEs report directly to the Quality PRISM BPE Lead and works closely with the S4HANA team as the Quality process subject matter expert (SME) on the team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Quality program teams, engineering quality, supplier quality and operations quality to capture the current SAP/PRISM processes. They will also guide the Quality stakeholders through the future blueprinting process in preparation for S4HANA Quality Module implementation. The Quality S4HANA BPEs will be a PRISM/SAP quality engineering SME on various small to large S4HANA quality related projects and new project functionality. This exciting role has exposure to quality, operations, supply chain, information technology and engineering professionals at all levels.

What You Will Do
- Serve as a key member of the Quality S4HANA BPE team, ensuring successful process blueprinting and implementation for compliance to processes and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the S4HANA team to ensure alignment and data system requirements are met.
- Participate in the face-to-face S4HANA meetings monthly.
- Provide S4HANA process guidance to Q&MA staff and leadership.
- Answer day to day S4HANA inquiries from stakeholders throughout the S4HANA planning, blueprinting, implementation and sustainment phases.
- Participate in Q&MA S4HANA initiatives with key business stakeholders by gathering and documenting key business definitions, measures, and standards.
- Perform analysis of data sources and processes to ensure process harmonization/alignment and data integrity, completeness and accuracy.
- Identify and facilitate implementation of improvement opportunities.
- This is a first shift position.
Qualification You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Five (5) years relevant experience in Quality/Manufacturing/Supply Chain environment.
- Working experience in using/supporting SAP and/or S4HANA.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Eight (8) years relevant experience in Quality/Manufacturing/Supply Chain environment.
- Program, supply chain and/or factory knowledge and experience using SAP.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Experience in supporting design and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and simple manner for nontechnical, technical, and leadership personnel within the Business and across the Enterprise.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions and implement robust process controls.
- Experience in development/usage of Quality metrics and the identification/institution of perceptive verifications.
- Experience with improvement methodologies and tools such as lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of a proven closed-loop corrective action system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience as a change agent, able to energize and influence across all levels.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
