Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business is seeking an Industrial Security Representative to join the Missiles and Fire Control Security Team in Ocala, FL. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and computer skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with multiple levels of leadership.



What You Will Be Doing
As the Security Representative your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Document control
• Receipt/dispatch of classified material
• Classification management
• Participation in security self-inspections
• Briefings (NATO, CNWDI, FGI, etc.)
• Serving as Closed Area Liaison
• Employee out-processing
• Developing, administering, and auditing security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data
• Developing and executing security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies
• Performing in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for DOD collateral classified programs
• Studying and implementing federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in 32 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 117, NISPOM Rule
• Preparing implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishing procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials
• Developing and conducting security education classes
• Investigating security violations and preparing reports specifying preventive action to be taken
• Applying business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicating observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners
• Processing clearances and customer visits and providing support for classified meetings

This position is located in Ocala, Fl Discover Ocala
Basic Qualifications:
• Must have a current Secret clearance
• Experience in responding to security alarms and incidents, including conducting investigations and preparing reports
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to communicate with multiple levels of leadership
• Experience in enforcing security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
• Experience in maintaining accurate records of security activities and incidents
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent administrative and computer skills
Desired Skills:
• Ability to multitask
• Experience with DoD Manuals for collateral programs – including application.

• Guard Force Management, Crisis Management experience, CCTV and access control systems experience.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
