Description: Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business is seeking a Security Representative Associate to join the Missiles and Fire Control Security Team in Grand Prairie, TX.
What You Will Be Doing
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Document control
• Receipt/dispatch of classified material
• Classification management
• Participation in security self-inspections
• Briefings (NATO, CNWDI, FGI, etc)
• Serve as Closed Area Liaison
• Handling additional duties as assigned by management

Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance
• Candidate must be a self-driven and results oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
Desired Skills:
• Excellent computer skills, public speaking, and communication skills.
• Previous NISPOM experience
• Knowledge of DISS, SIMS, and security clearances.
• Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
