Control and track materials from receipt through storage to issue. Perform the warehousing, stocking, storing, pulling, packing, shipping, receiving, and handling of aviation materials. Coordinate the delivery of spare parts, equipment. Inspect incoming and outgoing aircraft parts and materials against customer requested documentation. Perform handling and packaging of material in accordance with IATA and DOT specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•tResponsible for packing and labeling non-hazardous materials in a suitable strong outer container. Sufficient cushioning/dunnage shall be used inside the container to prevent damage from occurring to contents during transit.
•tResponsible for packing and labeling hazardous materials in accordance with the IATA/DOT regulations.
•tResponsible for processing al shipments by first verifying that the material appears on the sales order pick list is in their possession and following all detailed shipping instructions that are indicated on the sales order.
•tIssues all documents necessary for transportation of the product, (i.e., packing list, invoices, restricted article documents) shall be affixed to all packages prior to shipment.
•tMiscellaneous Duties:

•\tMathematical Skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Education and/or Experience
•\tOne year certificate from college or technical school: or three to six months related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•\t3 years proven warehouse experience
•\tStrong work ethic and ability to self-motivate
Knowledge/Skills
•\tAbility to operate specific equipment or tools. – Basic
•\tAbility to type. - Basic
•\tAbility to work with specific computer software. - Basic
•\tFamiliarity with industry terminology. - Basic
•\tBilingual in English and French and/or English and Spanish - Preferred
