2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday, paying $23-$24/hour
Overtime available and encouraged (but never mandatory).
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Solder Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in producing high-quality components and assemblies. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing class III hand soldering for Through Hole, SMT, or Flex products using a scope.
Preparing wires (cutting, stripping, twisting, and tinning) and soldering components to printed wiring boards (PWBs), connectors, and assemblies.
Cleaning parts and placing components during production using in-line cleaning, hand cleaning, or vapor degreasing methods.
Operating soldering equipment such as solder wave, selective solder, and surface mount equipment.
Using hand tools, soldering irons, and measuring devices to fabricate and rework parts, components, and subassemblies.
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant experience (manufacturing experience with microscope soldering preferred).
Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards (certifications are a bonus).
Ability to pass J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 certification training (required for this role).
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and verbal/written instructions in English.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
