As a Sr Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell Aerospace (AERO SBG), you will play a critical role in the production and assembly of aerospace components and systems. You will work in our advanced facility in Plymouth, Minnesota, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.
You will report directly to our Manufacturing Supervisor, and youll work out of our Plymouth, Minnesota location.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a highly skilled team to manufacture aerospace products that are used in critical applications.
The annual pay for this role is $58,200 - $87,400.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform complex assembly and testing of aerospace components and systems
- Lead and mentor junior technicians in manufacturing processes and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

- Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Experience with precision measurement tools and equipment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
