Senior Manufacturing / Production Operator
Scottsdale, AZ
Contract Position
$19.12-$24.12/Hour
Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic and mechanical subassemblies, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
- Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and Bills of Material (BOM) to ensure accurate assembly.
- Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
- Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and complete small system assembly.
- Conduct basic electrical testing and perform complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing or production assembly.
- Proficiency with polarity, inspection criteria, and work order tracking management systems.
- Familiarity with measuring equipment and basic mathematical calculations.
