Senior Manufacturing / Production Operator
Scottsdale, AZ
Contract Position
$19.48-$24.48/Hour
Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
- Perform complex assembly and production tasks, ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive operations, on electronic and mechanical components.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and Bills of Material (BOM) to ensure accurate assembly.
- Conduct wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing for subassemblies and final hardware.
- Integrate subassemblies into complete systems and perform final assembly of small-scale systems.
- Conduct basic electrical testing and execute complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
- Proficiency in interpreting schematics, BOMs, and work order tracking management systems.
- Familiarity with polarity, inspection criteria, and measurement tools.
