You will be responsible for performing structural repairs and modifications on various types of aircraft. Your expertise will ensure that all repairs and alterations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise as a structural mechanic, with a strong proficiency in aircraft sheet metal repair and modification.
• A meticulous eye for ensuring high standards of quality and precision in your work.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Solid mechanical skills and aptitude, with hands-on experience in aviation, airframe, and aircraft modification.
• Prior training or experience in precision drilling and riveting of sheet metal.
• We welcome recent graduates from A&P school and individuals from other industries who possess relevant experience.

• Perform structural repairs, modifications, and inspections on aircraft.
• Use a variety of fasteners, riveting, bending, countersinking, and precision drilling techniques.
• Use blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to complete tasks.
• Identify and repair or replace damaged components.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Work on structural components such as landing gear doors, ailerons, flaps, and more.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
