Responsibilities:
- Receive and register incoming goods accurately and efficiently.
- Place goods in designated storage locations while ensuring proper organization.
- Perform picking and packing tasks according to specified orders.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Participate in inventory activities such as stock counting and reconciliation.
- Actively engage in departmental logistics activities to optimize processes.
- Handle issues and inquiries that arise within the department promptly.
- Execute tasks in compliance with current work instructions and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of warehousing procedures and practices.
- Proficiency in logistics processing within an ERP System and Warehouse Management System.
- Experience with computer systems and software applications.
- Understanding of quality control principles and procedures.
- Fluency in both English and Swedish languages.

- Place manufacturing orders (TO) for parts to meet delivery requirements.
- Execute manual transactions for movements that cannot be addressed through standard orders, such as serial number corrections.
Licenses:
- Hold valid licenses at levels A and B to operate a forklift safely.
