· Teach courses as needed to maintain schedule, which includes, but not limited to, conducting class in a professional matter while working from an established Instructor Guide, preparing student materials, entering course evaluations into database, and completion needed information in LMS and/or filling out paperwork for training records. · Create Instructor Guide and conduct formal on-the-job training or hands-on sessions to teach and demonstrate principles, techniques, procedures, or methods to meet company standards, procedures, and processes. · Create Instructor Guide or E-Learning Guide and other course materials for simple and/or routine process and procedures to ensure the training needs are being met in coordinates with company standards, procedure, and processes. · Revise Instructor Guide or E-Learning Guides and other course materials for existing courses to ensure the training needs are being met in coordinates with company standards, procedures, and processes. · Administer assessment, as needed, to maintain schedule, which includes, but not limited to, conducting class in a professional matter while working from formal direction, monitoring students during assessment sessions, and filling out any needed paperwork. · Perform other special assignments as directed by management. Note: The Technical Instructor will mainly teach courses in area his/her area of experience; however, the Instructor will be requested to learn other disciplines to fill-in for other Instructors to maintain schedule. |
