- Full Time, Temporary (maternity cover), up to 31.12.25
- 39 hours per week
- Job location: Llay, Wrexham, LL12 0PB.

The Talent Acquisition Partner, UK Operations, will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day recruitment, promote internal recruitment and succession planning, actively source exceptional talent across Blue and White collar roles, and develop a deep understanding of our industry, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making job offers and onboarding new hires.

Essential Responsibilities
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Building:
- Use a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
Screening and Assessment:
- Thoroughly review resumes, cover letters, and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens, video interviews, or in-person interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Administer skills assessments, technical tests, or behavioral assessments to evaluate candidates more comprehensively.
- Analyze assessment results to provide data-driven insights on candidate suitability.
Interview Coordination:
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring that candidates and interviewers are well-prepared.
- Communicate interview details, provide necessary resources, and address candidate questions promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect during all candidate interactions.
Candidate Evaluation and Selection:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and priorities.
- Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing guidance on candidate selection and best practices.
- Consistently review and improve the interview and evaluation process to ensure it aligns with company goals and industry standards.
Offer Management:
- Extend job offers to selected candidates, considering compensation, benefits, and other relevant factors.
- Skillfully negotiate and finalize employment terms to secure candidate acceptance.
- Ensure all offer documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
Position Requirements
Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
