This role includes but is not limited to:
- Overhaul, repair, modification, inspection, replacement, or defect rectification of an engine/module/accessory/component/unit.
- Restore used parts, component/assembly/engine/module/accessory/unit by inspection, and/or replacement in conformity with an approved standard to extend the operational life.
- Restore a component/engine/module to a serviceable condition in conformity with an approved standard and to ensure that cost effective operation is achieved.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Ensuring section adherence to 5S standards.
- Ensuring adherence to standard work targets in order to meet the overall business Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives.
- Embedding continuous improvement activities into their daily standard work to facilitate business progression.

Qualifications & Requirements: - Completed a relevant engineering apprenticeship.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively interpret detailed work instructions.
- Team player with a flexible approach and a positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Desired Characteristics: - Experience working in a diverse team environment.
- Previous working knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
- A demonstrable desire to learn and grow with advances in technology.
- A good understanding of Lean tools and working practices.
- Previous experience operating and programming Fanuc systems.
- Ability to work to pre-defined programs.
- Previous experience of Plasma, Wire Arc and HVOF spraying techniques
- Previous experience using OEM shop manuals
