Job Description:

To supervise all issuances of uniform items to Emirates Group staff according to their company entitlements. Working closely with inventory team to ensure stock levels are maintained and managed. 



Job Outline:



  • Responsible for all measurements and issuance of stock (Uniform items) to all Emirates Staff as per staff entitlements while abiding by company standards. Will arrange necessary adjustments/alterations as and if required.

  • Responsible for ensuring that stock levels are maintained efficiently to minimize stockholding costs through analyzing monthly cycle count inventory reports.

  • Manage the packing and distribution of uniform items for each staff to hand over with great accuracy.

  • Monitors the physical stock takes, identifying and reconciling any discrepancies providing recommendations to the P&L Manager for their approval and further discussion with Management Accounts.

  • Managing the packaging and distribution of uniforms to outstations, booking the shipment and advising delivery details to departments for their collection and utilization.

  • Responsible for timely service through-out the entire work period to ensure that staff are served quick and properly.

  • Must strictly provide great customer service and understand the needs of the customers as well as any relevant department and be a positive representative of the Uniform stores.

  • Must identify daily operational problems and find solutions to make sure customers are satisfied.

  • Will be assigned to other project related work as and when required under the scope of work of the Emirates Uniform Stores.





Job Requirements:

Procurement. Non-aircraft : 3+ Years

Vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent) :



  • Experience in customer service environment, e.g. call-center, service counter, complaint management, personal advice, etc. 1+ yrs. Inventory Management, e.g. inventory control procedures, ensuring product stock, data entry and record keeping, etc. preferable in garment industry/ apparel textiles

  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills, great communication skills, good time management, patience, attentiveness and ability to approach situations with positivity and politeness when dealing with customers. 


Knowledge/Skills:



  • Experience in high value storekeeping 

  • Exposure to current trends in inventory management through course attendance 

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills 

  • Customer Service skills to manage all types of customers (mandatory)

  • Communication 

  • Ability to work in large team. 

  • Problem Solving

  • Real time operational skills

  • ORACLE ERP Systems experience
